Our Financial Policy
Thank you for bringing your pet to us for veterinary care. Clients are expected to pay for services when they are received. We accept cash, personal checks, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover cards. We also recommend CareCredit®, which provides special financing arrangements for pet health care and low monthly payment options.
Please ask us about other community resources that may be able to help with your pet care expenses if you are unable to pay.
Emergency Fees: When pets are seen on an emergency basis, there is an emergency fee in addition to the normal exam fee. We are committed to helping your pets recover quickly from an illness or injury, and will call in staff members who have the expertise to handle any emergency situation. The emergency fee is based on the time of day the emergency takes place and the number of staff members required to manage the case.
